Job Summary

What will you be bringing to the team?

šŸ“Our UniQue people come from a variety of different backgrounds and industries, with different skillsets and approachhes, but they have one thing in common: Passion for innovation! In this position you will have the chance to: šŸ“Collect, clean, and maintain HR data from various sources including but not limited to data from ATS, HRIS, employee surveys and other sources šŸ“Develop and maintain regular HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring metrics) šŸ“Partner with stakeholders to identify KPIs and measure ad hoc the impact of strategy initiatives or business cases šŸ“Analyze data and provide statistics for trends and patterns with attention to rewards, recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover and culture šŸ“Contribute to HR data governance and quality improvement efforts šŸ“Support automation of reporting processes and improve data workflows

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position? šŸ“Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or related field šŸ“1–3 years of experience in HR analytics, HR reporting, or data analysis roles šŸ“Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data visualization) šŸ“Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) šŸ“Familiarity with SQL, Python, SPSS or R for data manipulation šŸ“Knowledge of basic statistical concepts or HR metrics (e.g., time to hire, time to fill) šŸ“Experience with at least one HRIS (e.g., Workable, SAP SuccessFactors..) šŸ“Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
