Most crypto users for example those who own ETH or BNB are used to a single key wallet, often referred to as an externally owned account (EOA). Examples include; MetaMask, Trustwallet, Exodus etc. These accounts are secured with 12 word āseed phraseā, which can be transformed into a private key for the user. If that private key is compromised in any way, the funds can be stolen. If your project comprises of more than 1 person, an externally owned account is not a secure way to manage your businessās crypto funds If an employee goes rogue or is careless with the private key, the funds are gone forever. What you will bring:
š5+ years of experience in talent acquisition. šStrong expertise in competency-based hiring and structured interviewing. šTrack record of simplifying and optimizing hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness. šAbility to train and coach hiring managers on modern recruitment best practices. šProven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market. šExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Ashby) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). šAbility to analyze hiring metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. šAbility to prioritize, organize and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing and competing demands. šExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
