Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
šProficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, task scheduling, and system management. šHands-on experience with Power Automate for designing and managing workflow automations. šHands-on experience in Power Apps UI/UX design, including creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and optimizing user experiences for custom applications. šWorks in collaboration with the offshore development team. šHands-on experience in designing and developing reports using Power BI. šAbility to integrate Power Automate with Power BI for data reporting and dashboards. šDocuments and conveys problems, root causes, and resolutions through company procedures, user guides, and requirements analysis. šIdentifies, diagnoses, debugs, and resolves issues in complexity from low to high. šWorks on other projects and tasks as deemed necessary. šCoordinate with different teams and administer code migrations in various environments and production outputs. šManage all production system and recommend ways to optimize performance and provide solutions šDocumenting configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
Qualifications
šBachelorās degree in computer science (or related field) with 4+ years relevant industry experience. šRelevant experience in a Support or Engineering role (or similar) šRelevant certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or related technologies are a plus.
