Job Summary
What You’ll Be Owning
📍Strengthen and Streamline Compliance Systems 📍Research and benchmark KYC/AML/KYT best practices across global crypto and fintech platforms. 📍Define and own the vision, roadmap, and priorities for compliance product features across onboarding, monitoring, and ongoing due diligence. 📍Partner with the compliance team to select, implement, and optimize tools and data providers for automation, detection, and reporting.
What We’re Looking For
📍 5+ years of experience in product management—preferably in crypto, fintech, banking, or regtech 📍Extensive hands-on experience with compliance/KYC/AML systems and user flows 📍Track record managing complex, cross-functional projects in regulated industries 📍Strong communicator who can bridge technical, compliance, and business teams 📍 Deeply analytical and comfortable leveraging data to improve product and process
