You'll tackle complex challenges — like simplifying decentralised systems, building trust in a new financial paradigm, and making crypto truly accessible to all. Responsibilities:

📍Lead with Vision: Drive the design strategy and execution for key crypto features and experiences, setting a high bar for design excellence. 📍Shape the Future: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define how people interact with and understand crypto, simplifying complex systems for diverse audiences. 📍Champion Inclusion: Ensure our designs empower users of all backgrounds, building experiences that are accessible, equitable, and user-friendly. 📍Own End-to-End Design: From research and ideation to prototyping and delivery, take ownership of crafting seamless, impactful designs. 📍Mentor and Inspire: Provide guidance and leadership within the design team, fostering collaboration, growth, and innovation.

Requirements:

📍Proven Expertise: Extensive experience designing for complex, user-focused products at scale, with a strong portfolio that showcases your ability to simplify intricate workflows. 📍Crypto Curiosity: While deep crypto knowledge isn't required, an eagerness to dive in and understand the space is a must. 📍Inclusive Design Thinking: A strong commitment to creating equitable and accessible experiences that resonate with diverse user groups. 📍Systems Problem Solver: You excel at balancing micro and macro perspectives, creating cohesive design systems that scale. 📍Collaboration Skills: A proven track record of partnering with engineering, product, and research teams to bring ideas to life.
