Our Product Specialists operate at the critical intersection between R&D and Product, bridging technical insights with real customer needs. As a Senior Product Specialist, you will develop a deep understanding of our products and customers, and ensure that Account Executives and Solutions Architects have what they need to properly solve customer problems with our platform. Your work directly supports the success of pre-sales engagements and influences the evolution of our features and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
šUnderstand potential customers' needs and pain points in order to build a successful sales strategy. šIdentify and remove bottlenecks that prevent scaling Alterya go-to-market independently. šBuild automations, guides, tools, and processes for pre and post sales efforts. šPre-sale Data Acquisition: Collect and organize prospect data intelligence to develop tailored datasets that support effective product demonstrations and proofs of concept. šCommunicate and translate complex technical requirements to the Product and Engineering team to build and add new features and improve existing capabilities.
Requirements:
šA technical generalist background, comfortable with REST API integrations, SQL databases, and Python, with a drive to keep learning. šExperience with Enterprise SaaS sales motions. šInterest or knowledge in cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies. šAbility to effectively work with AI tools and leverage them to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and role-specific workflows. šProficient in both English and Hebrew, with strong spoken and written skills.
