Job Summary

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

šŸ“Source, negotiate, and close integration partnerships with global payments infrastructure providers (payment orchestrators, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and wallet platforms). šŸ“Drive the expansion of the Algorand network by adding support for Algorand assets across key distribution venues such as neobanks, wallets, and fintechs. šŸ“Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives with partners to grow transaction and settlement volume on Algorand. šŸ“Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic payments integrations, managing opportunities from initial contact through signed agreements and activation. šŸ“Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of integrations. šŸ“Track and report on partnership performance, identifying opportunities to deepen integrations and increase payment flows. šŸ“Represent Algorand Foundation externally at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as a trusted and credible business development lead. šŸ“Work cross-functionally with marketing, developer relations, and ecosystem growth teams to maximize the impact of payments initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE / KEY REQUIREMENTS

šŸ“7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure. šŸ“Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial partnerships in a fast-paced environment. šŸ“Deep understanding of the payments value chain, including PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and wallet technologies. šŸ“Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate technical integrations into clear business value. šŸ“Experience working with cross-functional teams particularly technical and marketing stakeholders to deliver partnership outcomes. šŸ“Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. šŸ“Self-starter who thrives in a high-growth, decentralized, and fast-moving environment. šŸ“Familiarity with blockchain or digital assets is preferred but not required.
