Job Summary
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
šSource, negotiate, and close integration partnerships with global payments infrastructure providers (payment orchestrators, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and wallet platforms). šDrive the expansion of the Algorand network by adding support for Algorand assets across key distribution venues such as neobanks, wallets, and fintechs. šDevelop and execute go-to-market initiatives with partners to grow transaction and settlement volume on Algorand. šBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic payments integrations, managing opportunities from initial contact through signed agreements and activation. šCollaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of integrations. šTrack and report on partnership performance, identifying opportunities to deepen integrations and increase payment flows. šRepresent Algorand Foundation externally at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as a trusted and credible business development lead. šWork cross-functionally with marketing, developer relations, and ecosystem growth teams to maximize the impact of payments initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE / KEY REQUIREMENTS
š7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure. šProven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial partnerships in a fast-paced environment. šDeep understanding of the payments value chain, including PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and wallet technologies. šStrong commercial acumen and the ability to translate technical integrations into clear business value. šExperience working with cross-functional teams particularly technical and marketing stakeholders to deliver partnership outcomes. šExcellent relationship-building and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders. šSelf-starter who thrives in a high-growth, decentralized, and fast-moving environment. šFamiliarity with blockchain or digital assets is preferred but not required.
