Job Summary
What the day to day looks like:
šAs a Sourcer in our Hong Kong and APAC Talent Acquisition team, you play a crucial role in implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent and develop a strong talent pipeline. Your key role is to build strong partnerships with sourcing and recruiting peers to ensure robust, representative pipelines. šIn addition, you'll be creating and implementing a hiring strategy that emphasizes quality and diversity of hires, process efficiency, and strong client management and candidate satisfaction.

šProven technical sourcing skills šProven ability to take initiative, accomplish goals, and manage multiple demands across different teams and projects. šStrong analytical skills to assess key hiring metrics and propose actionable solutions for enhancing the candidate experience and pipeline quality
