What you’ll do

📍Lead and own the execution of strategically critical, cross-functional initiatives with direct C-level sponsorship. 📍Translate business strategy into clear work-streams, milestones, and KPIs, ensuring end-to-end accountability. 📍Align stakeholders across Product, Commercial, Operations, and C-level functions to ensure outcome delivery. 📍Identify dependencies and bottlenecks early, and proactively resolve them to maintain execution speed. 📍Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner to leadership on execution strategy and prioritisation.

Who you are

📍Background in top-tier consulting or equivalent execution-heavy roles with strong exposure to product management and technology-driven initiatives, with a proven record of delivering impact. 📍Strong analytical problem-solving skills and deep understanding of digital product development and engineering collaboration, comfortable operating in high-pressure environments. 📍Skilled at stakeholder management and alignment, particularly across product, engineering, and business functions, with a bias toward execution and outcomes. 📍Able to thrive in ambiguity, rapidly structuring complex, cross-functional challenges into clear action plans. 📍Passionate about driving measurable impact and elevating execution culture at Bitpanda.
