About the company
Luxium will be the worldās first digital currency whose issuance price will be based on the Fibonacci sequence (the Golden Ratio algorithm). This model ensures a transparent and predictable price-formation process at issuance that follows mathematical logic rather than market speculation. Luxium aims to reduce the impact of inflation by introducing a system where the issuance price is defined through a pre-set algorithm and adjusts gradually according to growing demand. Through this approach, Luxium promotes fair and transparent price formation and helps minimize the influence of market manipulation, fostering a more stable and balanced ecosystem in the long term. Luxium is currently in the pre sale-phase of the future Luxium tokens. Any future token issuance will be carried out in full compliance with applicable financial market laws and regulatory requirements. Luxium AG is currently inactive and does not conduct any business operations or activities in relation to the Luxium project. All project-related activities are currently carried out exclusively by the Georgian entity, Deus Holding LLC. All pre-sale activities are conducted solely and exclusively by Deus Holding LLC. It is still under assessment which project entity will ultimately issue the Luxium Token.
Job Summary
About the role:
Luxium AG is a Swiss-based company developing a next-generation Layer 1 blockchain ecosystem where protocol-level architecture, transparent monetary logic, and long-term infrastructure come together to redefine how value is created and preserved. The system introduces structured pricing tiers based on Fibonacci logic, combined with a first-of-its-kind mobile consensus protocol enabling scalable distributed validation through everyday devices.
We are seeking an experienced Blockchain Architect to define the technical foundation of the entire ecosystem. This is a senior architecture role focused on designing a new Layer 1 system from first principles. The initial phase is a paid architecture engagement where you will work directly with the founders and core team to define the system's technical direction, evaluate design choices, and structure the blockchain roadmap. For the right candidate, this engagement can evolve into a long-term leadership role with equity and token participation.
Responsibilities:
šDesign the core architecture of a new blockchain protocol. šEvaluate consensus models and validation structures. šDefine system-level logic and network design principles. šTranslate conceptual goals into implementable architecture. šPrepare clear architecture documentation. šIdentify technical risks and key trade-offs early. šCollaborate closely with founders and developers. šHelp define technical hiring roadmap where needed.
Requirements:
šStrong experience in blockchain architecture or distributed systems design. šDeep understanding of Layer 1 protocol design principles. šStrong knowledge of consensus mechanisms and network security. šStrong background in system architecture and distributed computing. šUnderstanding of cryptographic fundamentals used in blockchain systems. šAbility to structure complex systems from first principles. šAbility to produce clear technical documentation. šStrong analytical thinking and independent judgment.
Nice-to-have: šPrevious work on Layer 1 protocols. šProtocol engineering experience. šExperience with Rust, Go, C++, or similar system-level languages. šExperience designing secure distributed systems. šOpen-source blockchain contributions. šExperience working with early-stage technical architecture. šAbility to evaluate unconventional approaches critically.
