Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy, aligning with the overall business objectives of Nethermind. šŸ“Identify and target potential enterprise clients, fostering relationships and managing the end-to-end sales process. šŸ“Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, actively prospecting new opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. šŸ“Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, research and marketing, to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of institutional clients. šŸ“Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to effectively position Nethermind's products šŸ“Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling Nethermind's offerings to clients. šŸ“Represent Nethermind at industry events in your region, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish strong relationships within the broader Web3 community. šŸ“Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of ethics in all sales activities.

Qualification Requirements:

šŸ“Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology or other related field. šŸ“Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the Web3 and crypto-native ecosystem. šŸ“Strong understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics. šŸ“Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex and multi-year deals. šŸ“Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. šŸ“Strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset. šŸ“Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and AI is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must. šŸ“Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
