Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy, aligning with the overall business objectives of Nethermind. šIdentify and target potential enterprise clients, fostering relationships and managing the end-to-end sales process. šBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, actively prospecting new opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, research and marketing, to tailor solutions that meet the specific needs of institutional clients. šStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics to effectively position Nethermind's products and services in the Web3 space. šDrive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling Nethermind's offerings to clients. šRepresent Nethermind at industry events in your region, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish strong relationships within the broader Web3 community. šCollaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and maintain a high standard of ethics in all sales activities.
Qualification Requirements:
šBachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, technology or other related field. šProven track record of at least 5 years in sales, preferably within the Web3 and crypto-native ecosystem. šStrong understanding of customer requirements and market dynamics. šExcellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to close complex and multi-year deals. šOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. šStrategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset. šKnowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and AI is highly desirable, a strong interest in this area is a must. šAbility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
