Job Summary
Essential functions:
📍Support Visa Inc.'s interchange compliance globally and across functional areas 📍Identify anomalies in the payments process that may result in financial impact to clients/Visa 📍Develop and maintain KPIs/dashboards to support data-driven decision making 📍Perform full cycle incident management for client processing errors 📍Maintain detailed documentation regarding error resolution and compliance reviews 📍Maintain a working knowledge of Visa's interchange programs to ensure monitoring processes are effective and in line with industry and client trends
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: 📍5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD Preferred Qualifications: 📍6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD 📍Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Finance or related field. Advanced degree preferred 📍5+ years of work experience in one of the following areas: Payments, Data Science, Software Development, Pricing Strategy
