Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Drive technical sales and solution excellence for VAS Issuing products, including Loyalty, Network, Digital Solutions, and Data Products. 📍Actively accountable for VAS Issuing product sales and revenue targets for the cluster. 📍Serve in a lead role in preparing and responding to RFPs and RFIs. 📍Participate in client pitches, renewals, and technical workshops, and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations. 📍Own the technical sales cycle: conduct and synthesise discovery; design and deliver client‑specific demos/POCs; and lead due diligence and RFP/RFI responses for Issuing products. 📍Act as the senior technical owner for VAS Issuing solutions; set the bar for discovery quality, solution fit, and executive‑level narratives.
Qualifications
📍8+ years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in Sales Engineering and/or Solution Architecture roles. 📍Solid understanding of the Australian payments, fintech, and/or banking ecosystem. 📍Ability to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners across multiple time zones. 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely. 📍Comfortable working in a scale‑up environment, with strategic thinking, a can‑do attitude, and strong self‑motivation. 📍Ability to drill down into details and manage difficult conversations when necessary.
