Job Summary
Responsibilities:
đź“ŤWork with Sales team to create a prospect pipeline tailored for the crypto native client segment to improve sales efficiency and identify gaps in strategy đź“ŤDevelop reporting metrics to provide transparency into prospect conversion efficiency and revenue generation. đź“ŤMaintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot). đź“ŤCollaborate closely with Marketing to optimize messaging and campaign follow-up strategies. đź“ŤPartner with cross-functional teams to complete the task at hand, even in the face of blockers and challenges, with persistence and accountability đź“ŤProvide feedback on client objections, pain points, and market dynamics to support sales strategy.
Qualifications:
📍3-5 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role — ideally in financial services, fintech, SaaS, or crypto.
📍A hunter mentality with a bias for action — you’re energized by outbound outreach and client engagement.
đź“ŤStrong written and verbal communication skills, especially when explaining complex financial/crypto concepts.
đź“ŤComfortable qualifying leads against nuanced sales criteria and prioritizing the highest-potential opportunities.
đź“ŤHighly organized, process-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving space.
📍Passion for crypto and digital assets — familiarity with custody, staking, and institutional trading is a strong plus.
