Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Develop comprehensive business plans and sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability. 📍Forecast and set annual sales objectives, including regional quotas, expected sales volume, and profit targets. 📍Assist Sales Leader and Sales Director in defining annual unit and gross profit goals by analyzing market trends and results. 📍Build and maintain business development channels and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) partnerships to secure new projects and clients in the Local and FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) sectors (excluding Korean and EVN projects). 📍Monitor and manage ongoing projects. 📍Report project status updates to the Sales Leader.
Requirements:
📍Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (e.g., Electrical equipment, Power Systems, Automation). 📍Proficiency in English or Korean. 📍Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or consulting for electrical systems. 📍Strong skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, project management, problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and leadership. 📍Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
