Job Summary
What will I be doing?
šManage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts across global markets. šBuild strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. šLead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional growth. šIdentify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients. šCollaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions. šServe as a regional expert, providing insights to support the broader sales and account management strategy. šRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and through professional networking. šContribute to the development and implementation of growth-oriented operational strategies.
What skills do I need?
š4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in a tech or fintech company. šProven experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on performance, development, and collaboration. šDemonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. šExcellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skillsāespecially with senior stakeholders. šAbility to manage multiple complex projects and accounts simultaneously with attention to detail. šA well-established business network and experience developing strategic partnerships. šWillingness to take smart risks backed by deep customer understanding and solid strategy. šFluency in English is required (other languages are a plus).
