Job Summary

What will I be doing?

šŸ“Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts across global markets. šŸ“Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. šŸ“Lead and mentor a team, setting clear goals and supporting their professional growth. šŸ“Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients. šŸ“Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions. šŸ“Serve as a regional expert, providing insights to support the broader sales and account management strategy. šŸ“Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and through professional networking. šŸ“Contribute to the development and implementation of growth-oriented operational strategies.

What skills do I need?

šŸ“4+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in a tech or fintech company. šŸ“Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on performance, development, and collaboration. šŸ“Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts. šŸ“Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills—especially with senior stakeholders. šŸ“Ability to manage multiple complex projects and accounts simultaneously with attention to detail. šŸ“A well-established business network and experience developing strategic partnerships. šŸ“Willingness to take smart risks backed by deep customer understanding and solid strategy. šŸ“Fluency in English is required (other languages are a plus).
