Job Summary

What you will do on a day to day basis

šŸ“Maintain customer experience through team member interaction and products presentation šŸ“Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly reports and meetings. šŸ“Execution of company standard sales process and procedure. šŸ“Mentor and train sub-ordinates to become top performers and product experts in order to sell Zealā€™s online trading platform. šŸ“Supervise actions of Account Executives within his/her department. šŸ“Follow up on CRM records and make sure it is always updated. šŸ“Maintain knowledge of new products, offerings, and company promotions targeting the retail segment. šŸ“Ensure sales team is meeting call numbers and KPIā€™s on daily, monthly, quarterly basis. šŸ“Demonstrate teamwork by assisting and cooperating with co-workers as needed šŸ“Communicate effectively šŸ“Maintain confidentiality of company and all customer records. šŸ“Represent company in areas of public relations like expos, company events, etc. šŸ“Achieve needed results and a high level of sales performance šŸ“Assist CS team in maintaining KYC documentation. šŸ“Oversee and ensure compliance of all sub-ordinates. šŸ“Conduct Quality Assurance call reviews in a timely manner to better coach the team. šŸ“Recommend new products and services and/or procedural adjustments based on customer needs and market changes. šŸ“Ensure sales team is achieving sales targets including: šŸ“No. of Accounts (Lead to Account) šŸ“No. of Funded Accounts (FTD) šŸ“Gross Deposits. šŸ“Client Satisfaction. šŸ“No. of daily calls. šŸ“Quality of calls.

What we expect from you

šŸ“B.Sc. Degree from any discipline šŸ“Work Experience Requirement: 5 year of experience in Forex / Insurance / Real estate / Banking / Stock and Commodities Brokerage fields in sales Department šŸ“3 years of proven record experience in a leadership position managing sales team šŸ“Professional Key Knowledge Area Requirement: šŸ“Basic Financial markets knowledge šŸ“Strong interest in financial markets including FX, Stocks, and Commodities. Skills & Competencies šŸ“Selling Skills. šŸ“Communication skills. šŸ“Customer orientation. šŸ“Learning flexibility
