Job Summary
What you will do on a day to day basis
šMaintain customer experience through team member interaction and products presentation šDevelop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly reports and meetings. šExecution of company standard sales process and procedure. šMentor and train sub-ordinates to become top performers and product experts in order to sell Zealās online trading platform. šSupervise actions of Account Executives within his/her department. šFollow up on CRM records and make sure it is always updated. šMaintain knowledge of new products, offerings, and company promotions targeting the retail segment. šEnsure sales team is meeting call numbers and KPIās on daily, monthly, quarterly basis. šDemonstrate teamwork by assisting and cooperating with co-workers as needed šCommunicate effectively šMaintain confidentiality of company and all customer records. šRepresent company in areas of public relations like expos, company events, etc. šAchieve needed results and a high level of sales performance šAssist CS team in maintaining KYC documentation. šOversee and ensure compliance of all sub-ordinates. šConduct Quality Assurance call reviews in a timely manner to better coach the team. šRecommend new products and services and/or procedural adjustments based on customer needs and market changes. šEnsure sales team is achieving sales targets including: šNo. of Accounts (Lead to Account) šNo. of Funded Accounts (FTD) šGross Deposits. šClient Satisfaction. šNo. of daily calls. šQuality of calls.
What we expect from you
šB.Sc. Degree from any discipline šWork Experience Requirement: 5 year of experience in Forex / Insurance / Real estate / Banking / Stock and Commodities Brokerage fields in sales Department š3 years of proven record experience in a leadership position managing sales team šProfessional Key Knowledge Area Requirement: šBasic Financial markets knowledge šStrong interest in financial markets including FX, Stocks, and Commodities.
