Job Summary
What does a day in the life as a Sales Coach look like?
📍Set sales targets, track progress and report results 📍Act as a consultant to employees and provide helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges 📍Onboard and train new employees 📍Identify individual and team training needs 📍Develop educational materials, including presentations, sales scripts, case studies, role-playing and job simulation activities 📍Gather feedback on all training programs from trainees, managers and instructors 📍Audit sales interactions and provide meaningful on-the-fly feedback 📍Evaluate employees’ performance after each training 📍Circulate best practices in selling, upselling, cross-selling and objection-handling 📍Adhere to company policies and procedures 📍Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs 📍Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules 📍Collaborate with other departments as needed 📍Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times ● 📍Perform other duties as assigned
What are the required qualifications for a Sales Coach?
📍Must have high school diploma or equivalent 📍Experience in a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role 📍Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 📍Ability to motivate and drive results 📍Strong problem-solving skills 📍Proficient in using computers and various software applications
