Responsibilities
šResponsible for B-end payment acquiring business in specific regions or industries, as well as the development and expansion of cross-border payment services. šProactively identify and develop potential target customers, such as merchants and platforms šConduct customer needs research and provide professional payment solutions šMaintain and manage customer relationships, regularly follow up on customer satisfaction šAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance goals š Collect market feedback and assist product and technical teams in service optimization šAccurately complete sales follow-up records and business opportunity reports
Requirements
š Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education, majoring in marketing, finance, computer science, or related fields šFluent in Oral English, it's a must š0-2 years of sales experience, with priority given to those with cross-border payment/financial industry sales experience š Excellent communication and customer service skills šStrong business negotiation and customer development capabilities šStrong learning ability and stress resistance š Familiar with payment industry policies and development trends š Basic data analysis and business planning skills
