Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
📍Own the full-cycle sales process — identify and qualify new professional client leads, manage the sales funnel from initial outreach through to closing, and ensure a smooth transition into post-sales client success. 📍Coordinate the end-to-end client onboarding process, including client verification and account activation, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from day one. 📍Serve as the dedicated relationship lead for assigned strategic accounts, resolving day-to-day inquiries. 📍Serve as a clear and confident communicator between clients and internal teams — including product, legal, compliance, and operations — ensuring alignment and timely resolution across all touchpoints.
What We Look For In You
đź“ŤDemonstrates high tenacity, grit, and determination; embraces change with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset. đź“ŤProven ability to build and manage institutional pipelines, develop opportunities, and close high-value deals independently. đź“ŤStrong understanding of the regional institutional landscape and what it takes to engage clients such as Asset Managers, Hedge Funds, Venture Capital Firms, Private Wealth Managers, and Family Offices. đź“ŤDeep knowledge of crypto products and trading infrastructure, including spot, derivatives, custody, lending, and staking.
