Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute strategies to attract and onboard developers to our ventures ecosystem, driving growth and retention. šBuild and nurture ongoing relationships with key influencers, developers, and decision-makers in the developer community. šWrite, ship, and maintain technical resources (tutorials, starter kits, documentation, sample codes) that make building DeFi applications simpler and faster. šCreate engaging content across formats - memes, threads, blog posts - positioning our venture as the go-to place. šRun high-signal developer activations through workshops, hackathons, and grants programs that transform ideas into live DeFi projects. šIdentify and engage high-potential developer communities, refining outreach strategies and messaging to grow awareness and encourage developer participation. šWork with engineering to eliminate developer pain points, improve infrastructure, and overall contribute to the product roadmap. šAttend online and offline events to promote the platform, network with developers, and gather insights on industry trends and tech community needs.
Requirements:
š3+ years in developer relations and prior experience in building and maintaining a developer-focused community. šIn-depth understanding of Web3, layer 1 blockchain, and building an infrastructure. šProven track record of community building. šStrong technical expertise with the ability to break down complex concepts for a broader audience. šExcellent writing skills to communicate our technology clearly and engagingly. šAbility to create content without using ChatGPT and other AI tools. šGreat networking and presentation skills, with experience in organizing and managing hackathons and meetups.
