Responsibilities

📍Support General Manager in developing and maintaining strong relationships with city-level government officials and politicians. 📍Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships that align with Binance’s strategic objectives. 📍Lead educational campaigns and awareness efforts to improve understanding of Binance and the broader crypto industry. 📍Manage communications and inquiries from the JFSA and other regulatory bodies in Japan. 📍Engage proactively with policymakers and other key stakeholders to foster a favorable policy environment. 📍Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment on regulatory and public affairs strategies.

Requirements

📍5 to 7 years of experience in government relations, public affairs, or relevant regulatory roles in Japan. 📍Proven ability to engage effectively with government officials, regulators (particularly JFSA), and political figures. 📍Strong knowledge of Japanese regulatory environment related to financial services and cryptocurrency. 📍Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment. 📍Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 📍Japanese language fluency required; English proficiency preferred.
