Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Own scheduling of candidate interviews across functions and geographies, ensuring seamless coordination with internal stakeholders. 📍Collaborate closely with Talent Partners to identify pipeline bottlenecks and ensure proactive resolution. 📍Track and report on recruitment pipeline health metrics, flagging blockers through weekly updates and dashboards. 📍Leverage AI and automation tools to reduce manual workload, particularly around scheduling. 📍Project manage workstreams related to candidate experience, including initiatives to reduce candidate withdrawal rates. 📍Optimize MoonPay’s GoodTime instance to increase adoption and efficiency. 📍Build structured hiring playbooks and contribute to initiatives for measuring quality of hire.
About You
📍Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations. 📍Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 📍Data-driven mindset, comfortable reporting on metrics and identifying improvement areas. 📍Familiarity with recruitment tools and scheduling automation (GoodTime, Greenhouse, or similar). 📍Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
