Job Summary
In this role, you’ll:
📍Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across EMEA, including enterprise sales, account management, and customer-facing roles 📍Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent across SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto markets 📍Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and identify the right profiles for their teams 📍Manage candidates through the full interview process, delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate experience 📍Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruiting partner 📍Maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent across multiple geographies 📍Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve recruiting processes
We’re looking for candidates who have:
📍A track record of successfully recruiting sales and go-to-market talent, particularly quota-carrying roles 📍Experience recruiting within SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or other high-growth technology environments 📍A strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the digital assets ecosystem 📍Experience working closely with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments 📍Excellent sourcing and talent mapping skills, with the ability to generate strong pipelines independently 📍A structured and organised approach to managing multiple searches simultaneously
