About the role:
The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success – people. Our mission is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world.
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) to support hiring across our EMEA go-to-market teams during an exciting period of growth. In this role, you'll partner directly with business leaders across enterprise and public sector teams to attract and hire exceptional talent who are helping build trust in the blockchain ecosystem. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven company operating at the intersection of cryptocurrency, technology, and financial crime investigations, while working closely with a collaborative global Talent Acquisition team.
This is a fixed term contract (6 months), hybrid working with 1 day per week in our London office.
Responsibilities:
📍Own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market roles across EMEA, including enterprise sales, account management, and customer-facing roles. 📍Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to engage top talent across SaaS, fintech, and emerging crypto markets. 📍Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and identify the right profiles for their teams. 📍Manage candidates through the full interview process, delivering a high-touch, transparent candidate experience. 📍Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders, acting as a trusted recruiting partner. 📍Maintain strong pipelines of diverse talent across multiple geographies. 📍Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share best practices and improve recruiting processes.
Requirements:
📍A track record of successfully recruiting sales and go-to-market talent, particularly quota-carrying roles. 📍Experience recruiting within SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or other high-growth technology environments. 📍A strong interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or the digital assets ecosystem. 📍Experience working closely with senior stakeholders in fast-paced environments. 📍Excellent sourcing and talent mapping skills, with the ability to generate strong pipelines independently. 📍A structured and organised approach to managing multiple searches simultaneously. 📍A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of ownership over hiring outcomes.
Nice-to-have: 📍Experience recruiting across EMEA markets. 📍Previous exposure to crypto, blockchain, or Web3 companies. 📍Experience hiring for professional services or customer-facing technical roles. 📍Experience working in high-growth or pre-IPO environments. 📍Familiarity with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools.
