Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) across multiple time zones and teams 📍Manage calendars, room bookings, and communications for candidate and interviewer logistics 📍Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) 📍Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and hiring managers 📍Support onsite candidate experience (greeting, setup, materials) 📍Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers to keep processes running smoothly 📍Contribute to recruiting-related projects and help identify areas for process improvement
What We’re Looking For
📍1+ years in a recruiting coordination, administrative, or HR support role 📍Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets) 📍Experience using ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) 📍Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 📍Excellent written and verbal communication
