Job Summary
Your Core Responsibilities:
đź“ŤDeliver a best in class recruiting experience for all candidates communicating professionally throughout the process đź“ŤCoordinate and manage phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates with speed, accuracy, and efficiency đź“ŤSupport other recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, on-campus events, in-office events and candidate expenses đź“ŤMaintain candidate status and distribute candidate evaluation forms in the applicant tracking system đź“ŤEngage with internal teams outside of HR as needed (office management, facilities, etc.) đź“ŤAssist with other recruitment-related tasks and projects, as needed
Your Skills and Experience:
📍At least 1 year of experience in a recruiting or administrative function 📍Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills 📍Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 📍Flexibility and willingness to work overtime if needed 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills 📍Bachelor’s degree
