Responsibilities:

📍Manage the entire global recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for a wide range of technical and non-technical positions. 📍Use multiple channels and platforms to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals. 📍Evaluate resumes, and conduct initial screening and in-depth interviews to determine candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit and career goals. 📍Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, make recommendations and ensure a positive candidate experience. 📍Monitor industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies. 📍Assist in negotiating job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. 📍Track and analyse hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of search strategies, identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience as a recruiter of 2 years or more, with a track record of successfully sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical positions. 📍Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools including job boards, social media platforms, Boolean search and professional networks. 📍Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency marketplace 📍Knowledge of technical skills, programming languages, frameworks and emerging technologies to effectively evaluate technical candidates. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders. 📍Strong organisational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
