Responsibilities:
šManage the entire global recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates for a wide range of technical and non-technical positions. šUse multiple channels and platforms to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates including job boards, social media, professional networks and referrals. šEvaluate resumes, and conduct initial screening and in-depth interviews to determine candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit and career goals. šBuild strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs, make recommendations and ensure a positive candidate experience. šMonitor industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and guidance on talent acquisition strategies. šAssist in negotiating job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. šTrack and analyse hiring metrics to assess the effectiveness of search strategies, identify areas for improvement and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
šProven experience as a recruiter of 2 years or more, with a track record of successfully sourcing candidates for technical and non-technical positions. šStrong knowledge of various sourcing methods and tools including job boards, social media platforms, Boolean search and professional networks. šBasic understanding of the cryptocurrency marketplace šKnowledge of technical skills, programming languages, frameworks and emerging technologies to effectively evaluate technical candidates. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders. šStrong organisational and time management skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
