Responsibilities:
📍Full-cycle recruitment for senior and executive roles (Head of, Director, C-level) 📍Aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers and business goals 📍Active sourcing via LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and networking 📍Conducting interviews, evaluating both soft and hard skills, and assessing motivation 📍Building and maintaining candidate pipelines 📍Market research and advising the partner on recruitment strategy and trends
Requirements
📍2+ years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) 📍Experience in iGaming, Tech, or Digital sectors is a plus 📍Executive search experience is an advantage 📍High energy, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset 📍Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with decision-makers 📍Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, candidate databases)
