Job Summary
What are the role responsibilities?
📍Own end-to-end recruiting for high impact, priority roles for Optimism. 📍Partner closely with business leaders to calibrate on talent – move fast without sacrificing quality. 📍Proactively source and engage candidates through outbound outreach, referrals, and creative channels + partner with agencies for top of funnel support. 📍Run tight, thoughtful interview processes that respect candidates’ time and reflect our values. 📍Manage offer processes, negotiate thoughtfully, and close top talent.
Build strong candidate relationships and deliver a standout candidate experience. 📍Keep pipelines organized and up to date in our ATS. 📍Continuously improve how we hire as we scale (processes, tooling, messaging, etc.).
What skills do you bring?
📍3–6+ years of recruiting experience in a high growth, startup environment. 📍Strong full-cycle recruiting chops; you’re comfortable owning roles from first outreach to signed offer. 📍A scrappy, proactive sourcing mindset – you don’t wait for applicants. 📍Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats. 📍Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. 📍Bias toward action, speed, and continuous improvement.
