Job Summary

Responsibilities:

📍Understand strategic initiatives and hold teams accountable to reach goals by partnering with senior leaders. 📍Work across product and business stakeholders to successfully plan and execute business go-to-market activities for new product features. 📍Manage multiple, cross-functional projects simultaneously with limited time and/or resources. 📍Lead project management from initiation through closure by defining project scope, documenting project briefs, developing detailed project plans, hosting kickoff calls, facilitating team stand-ups, and mitigating scope creep. 📍Proactively manage project timelines, and compile data-driven project status reports to provide transparency of project progress towards goals. 📍Escalate risks to leadership in a timely manner along with mitigation plan options to reduce project impact and support informed decision-making. 📍Manage relationships and facilitate conflict resolution within project teams. 📍Facilitate retrospectives to recommend and inject continuous improvement into the project management framework. 📍Serve as subject matter expert to train project team members on project management tools and practices.
