Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Standardization & Best Practices šDefine and establish project management methodologies, frameworks, and workflows. šEnsure consistent documentation standards for project planning, execution, and closure. šImplement PMO policies to streamline project execution across the organization. šAlign project management with business goals, client expectations, and delivery objectives.
- Multi-Methodology Approach & Flexibility šDevelop frameworks supporting Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and Hybrid models. šGuide teams on choosing the right methodology for each project. šEnsure seamless transition between methodologies when required.
- Project Governance & Audits šConduct regular audits to ensure compliance with defined project management standards. šIdentify gaps in project execution and process inefficiencies. šProvide strategic recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication šWork closely with developers, product managers, QA teams, and leadership to ensure alignment. šDrive transparent reporting and provide real-time project health metrics. šImprove stakeholder communication through structured reporting and escalation processes.
- Risk & Resource Management šOptimize resource allocation and project timelines to improve efficiency. šDevelop risk assessment strategies to preemptively identify and mitigate issues. šEnsure on-time delivery, budget control, and client satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement & Training šStay updated with emerging trends in project management and implement best-in-class practices. šMentor and coach project managers, business analysts, and product owners. šDrive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and process improvement.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have: š10+ years of experience in project management, PMO leadership, or related roles. šExpertise in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, Hybrid, etc.). šStrong understanding of project documentation, reporting, and governance. šExperience in project audits, compliance, and delivery best practices. šProficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, or Confluence. šStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership experience.
