Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. šLead and motivate project teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. šManage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to stay within financial parameters. šCreate and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all milestones and addressing any delays or issues promptly. šEnsure all construction work meets industry standards and project specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed. šEnsure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including safety and environmental standards. šMaintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, providing updates and addressing any concerns or changes. šIdentify potential risks and issues, developing and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus. šMinimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record in high-rise building projects. šStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project management software and tools. šDemonstrated ability to lead and manage diverse teams effectively, with excellent organizational and communication skills. šStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. šHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing project documentation and ensuring compliance with specifications.
