Key Responsibilities:

📍Project Planning: Define scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with Bemo’s strategic goals. 📍Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, development, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution. 📍Timeline Management: Develop and manage schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met. 📍Risk Assessment: Identify potential challenges or bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies. 📍Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and align with Bemo’s vision and objectives. 📍Continuous Improvement: Analyze outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future initiatives.

Requirements:

📍Proven experience in project management, preferably in blockchain, DeFi, or fintech. 📍Strong understanding of project management methodologies 📍Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. 📍Proficiency in project management tools. 📍Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach to problem-solving. 📍Familiarity with the TON blockchain ecosystem and DeFi principles is a significant advantage.
