Duties/Responsibilities Process Management & Documentation: Document, maintain, and improve product development workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency for all involved teams. Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams, facilitating effective communication and information exchange. Tool Administration & Support: Assist in managing and administering product-related tools (e.g., project management software, feedback platforms) and ensuring data integrity. Required Skills Organizational Prowess: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities. Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely. Proactive Mindset: Demonstrated initiative, a strong desire to learn, and a commitment to contributing to team and company success. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with common productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools. Education & Experience A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not strictly required. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. 0-2 years of professional experience in a role involving operations, project coordination, administrative support, or a similar function. Previous experience in a tech or product-focused environment is a strong plus but not mandatory.
