Job Summary
The opportunity
📍Drive the business forward across product, commercial, operational, and regulatory fronts 📍Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and structural weaknesses – and fix them 📍Operate as a co-owner of the xStocks and Equities business 📍Own high-impact cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution 📍Step into ambiguous or under-owned areas and bring clarity, structure, and momentum 📍Support strategy, market positioning and GTM with rigorous analysis 📍Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to ensure coordinated execution 📍Improve operating cadence, decision quality, and accountability across teams 📍Support market expansion initiatives and new strategic opportunities 📍Help grow the business – not just measure it
Skills you should HODL
📍8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar analytical roles 📍Background at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) strongly preferred 📍Strong generalist mindset with the ability to move across strategy, finance, product, and operations 📍Experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure strongly preferred 📍Strong structured problem-solving skills
