About the role:

BVNK is seeking a Treasury Operations Analyst to assist the Treasury team with daily operations including NAV reporting, liquidity management, reconciliations, and data analysis. This role works closely with the Head of Treasury and Treasury Controller, and sits at the heart of BVNK's stablecoin-native financial infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

📍Assisting the Treasury team daily with Net Asset Value reporting, and performing detailed assessments on variations in assets and liabilities. 📍Assisting treasury and related operational teams with daily liquidity movements and cash flow management. 📍Management of offline liquidity providers and exchanges. 📍Effective counterparty risk management, and ensuring daily adherence to internal treasury policies. 📍Assistance with daily safeguarding reconciliation, and related cash flow management. 📍Treasury reporting, dashboards and data analysis - making recommendations to Treasury Manager based on trends analysis. 📍Daily monitoring of internal wallet balances and reconciliations. 📍Review statements and provide advice on issues pertaining to business finance. 📍Seek to maintain a positive professional relationship with partner financial institutions, merchants and operational teams. 📍Assist the head of treasury and treasury controller in all financial decisions and roles. 📍Completing daily client and corporate funds reconciliations. 📍Comparing internal back office system balances (Admin Tool) to external sources. 📍Investigating reconciliation breaks or discrepancies. 📍Work closely with Data & Treasury to automate asset and liability reporting. 📍Assist wider finance team with ad hoc requests.

Requirements:

📍2-4 years experience in the relevant field. 📍Relevant crypto and blockchain experience. 📍Must be proficient in Excel. 📍Extremely detail oriented and organised. 📍Fluent in English. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication. 📍Presenting statistical findings. 📍Understanding of how to communicate workflows. 📍Financial reporting experience, strong analysis skills, projections and forecasting.

Nice-to-have: 📍BCom/BusSci degree in finance, financial risk management, financial accounting, accounting, auditing or any relevant degree.
