Job Summary
Responsibilities include:
šDeveloping and executing go-to-market strategies that drive exponential growth in our ecosystem metrics (for example: addresses, operators, rewards, TVL) šCreating compelling narratives that simplify and differentiate our complex technologies for various audiences šLeading the charge on major product launches, working closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to translate features into benefits šContinuously testing, proving, and optimizing the inputsācollateral, events, website, co-marketing initiativesāthat fuel our product growth flywheel šAnalyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform our product positioning and marketing strategies šOwning the company-wide release calendar, making sure the marketing process is transparent and well-understood across the organization
What You'll Bring
š7+ years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years focusing on developer-facing products šProven track record of leading and scaling product marketing functions in fast-paced, rapidly growing startups, preferably within Series A to C funding stages šExperience in collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, product management, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and drive project completion šFoundational understanding of blockchain technology, the crypto ecosystem, especially Ethereum and other PoS networks, and emerging trends in decentralized finance and web3 šDemonstrated ability to create and execute data-driven marketing strategies, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making, optimize campaigns, and measure success against key metrics šBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus
