Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Own the Business Banking roadmap: Accounts, Treasury, Payments, Expenses, Approvals, Contractor payouts, Payroll 📍Build for US startups with global teams operating across fiat + stablecoins. 📍Work closely with customers / design partners,engineering and infrastructure partners. 📍Ship & iterate fast, and design for growth. 📍Balance compliance + risk with a simple, founder-first UX. 📍Build internal tools that increase speed of onboarding and operations.
What You'll Bring
📍10+ years product experience in fintech / business banking. 📍Deep understanding of business banking from experience at companies like Ramp, Brex or similar. 📍You have worked in hyper-growth companies before and love the chaos. 📍Technical degree / background 📍Hustler / founder DNA - you founded a startup before or your background shows that you’ve repeatedly chosen hard paths over your comfort zone. 📍Bias to action, ruthless prioritization, high ownership.
