What You'll Be Doing:

📍Own the product vision, strategy, feature set and roadmap for our Layer1 Blockchain platform. 📍Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other key stakeholders to outline and prioritize product features. 📍Utilize your comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of multiple areas across disciplines to achieve project objectives. 📍Lead engineering discussions and help make technology decisions related to product strategy and features. 📍Define clear product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineers to ensure successful implementation. 📍Assess and analyze product performance to ensure it aligns with business objectives. 📍Actively identify and raise risks and issues to key stakeholders, while working with teams to create mitigation and resolution strategies. 📍Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for innovation.

What We're Looking For:

📍10+ years of Product Management experience in a leadership capacity - specifically in Web3 or blockchain technologies. 📍Capable of managing multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment. 📍Skilled in designing intricate systems. 📍Strong grasp of blockchain data structures and analysis techniques. 📍Capable of strategic and creative thinking to tackle complex challenges. 📍Able to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
