Job Summary
About the role:
Chainproof is a leading digital asset insurance company focused on underwriting blockchain specific risks. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team in a hybrid operations role, supporting both business operations and underwriting functions.
This is a hands-on position within a fast-moving startup environment, offering broad exposure across insurance, regulatory, and operational workflows, with opportunities for progression as the company grows.
Responsibilities:
šSupport day-to-day business operations and internal processes across the company šAssist the underwriting team with policy administration, documentation, and renewals šCoordinate with the insurance manager on financial reporting and regulatory requirements šAssist with regulatory processes, including tracking KPIs and supporting compliance requirements šOrganise and coordinate board meetings, including preparation of materials and follow ups šSupport back-office functions including document management, vendor coordination, and workflow tracking šParticipate in client and broker calls as required
Requirements:
š2ā4 years of experience in operations, financial services, insurance, or a similar environment šExperience supporting operational processes across teams šStrong organisational skills and attention to detail šProactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple workflows independently šComfortable working across time zones in a fast-paced environment šStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Nice-to-have: šExposure to insurance, financial services, or regulated environments šInterest in digital assets, Web3, or emerging technologies (including AI) šExperience working in a startup or high-growth environment šPost-secondary degree in a related field šLocated in Bermuda
