Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Provide timely, clear, and effective support to employees, new hires, and internal stakeholders on processes, policies, and inquiries. 📍Manage all employment lifecycle transactions within our HRIS (Workday) and prepare required documentation. 📍Live and role model a data-driven approach and uphold our service level agreements (SLAs) on responsiveness, resolution times, and employee satisfaction. 📍Continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and improve the employee experience. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across multiple locations, owning responsibilities within designated regions.
Who you are
📍2+ years of experience in People Services or Operations, ideally within a dynamic, international environment. 📍Familiarity with labor law regulations and HR best practices in one or more of the following countries: Austria, Spain, Netherlands, Germany, Romania 📍Preferably working knowledge of Workday, Google Suite and Jira ticketing system 📍Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional employee experience. 📍Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. 📍Professional fluency in English & German
