Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments. 📍Performs quality checks of benefits-related data. 📍Partner with immigration attorneys to manage the end-to-end visa application process and ensure compliance for international employees 📍Assists employees regarding benefits questions. 📍Assists with new hire orientations. 📍Coordinates with Leave of Absence Third-Party Administrator and 📍Managers for leaves requests, administration and returns from leave. 📍Assists with ACA annual reporting. 📍Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges and contribution changes. 📍Provides as needed support to People Operations team (data audits, data entry, HR inquiries mailbox) 📍Assist prospects and employees with any immigration related support 📍Assist with employment verification letters as needed
Skills and Experience:
📍3+ years of experience as a People operations generalist. 📍Knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws. 📍Knowledge of immigration support. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Excellent organizational and time management skills. 📍Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. 📍Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, adapting to changing priorities and demands.
