Job Summary
What You'll Do
šYouāll own and support a wide range of People Ops initiatives across the business, including: šCompensation & Benchmarking šConduct compensation and equity benchmarking across roles and levels šSupport annual compensation planning and bonus allocation processes šPeople Development & Engagement šSupport performance review cycles and leveling guides šSupport the OKR set up and review process šOnboarding & Offboarding šCoordinate and execute smooth onboarding experiences, ensuring equipment, access, and training are ready before day one. šGuide managers and employees through offboarding with professionalism, including exit interviews, asset return, and secure account deactivation. šContinuously improve both processes based on feedback to enhance efficiency and employee experience. šRecruiting šManage full-cycle recruiting from job requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience. šSource, screen, and interview candidates using structured, competency-based methods to ensure role fit.
Weāre looking for someone who has:
š3+ years of relevant experience in People Ops, HR, Recruiting, or Total Rewards šStrong organizational skills and attention to detailāyou love keeping things moving and making things better šClear communication and a people-first mindset šComfort handling sensitive and confidential information šA proactive, self-directed approachāyou donāt need a playbook to get startedPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and make data-informed hiring decisions.
