Job Summary
Responsibilities
š Travel Management: Arrange travel and accommodations for events, conferences, and summits. Coordinate the planning and logistics of company retreats and summits. š Performance Review: Facilitate the performance review process, assisting managers and ensuring clear communication. š Engagement Survey: Manage the survey process, including question review and data maintenance in Culture Amp. šRecruitment Support: Assist with candidate screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment analytics. šOnboarding: Conduct and update the orientation presentation, including the organizational chart and handbook. šOff-boarding: Manage termination processes, including document preparation and conducting exit interviews.
Qualifications
šExcellent communication skills. šProficiency in English. šStrong empathy and sense of ownership. š Proficiency with online collaboration tools (Google Suite, Notion, Slack).
