Key Responsibilities:

📍Work with raw financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. 📍Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Metabase to present complex data clearly and concisely. 📍Serve as the subject matter expert on data for the Finance team, ensuring accuracy and consistency. 📍Create and maintain a comprehensive "KPI Bible" that standardises business metrics across the company. 📍Apply deep knowledge of payments and crypto transaction flows to develop meaningful metrics and models. 📍Collaborate with the finance, operations, engineering and product teams to ensure the data we collect is fit for purpose. 📍Regularly present an analysis to the executive team, translating data into actionable business insights. 📍Develop and execute implementation plans for approved data-driven changes, working with relevant teams to see them through to completion.

Your Profile:

📍3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Specialist, or in a similar role. 📍Demonstrable experience with Metabase (or a similar BI tool), including data modelling and advanced dashboard creation. 📍Deep understanding of payments and/or crypto ecosystems is desirable, but not a must. 📍The candidate must be able to think critically about metrics specific to these industries (e.g., transaction volume, settlement times, network fees, crypto asset volatility). 📍Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts. 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for a non-technical audience.
