📍Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to align People strategies with the overall business objectives of Swan 📍Talent Management: Support talent development, retention, and succession planning 📍Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor, managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace culture 📍Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and professional development 📍Organizational Development: Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning, and team development 📍HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, proactively addressing compliance matters 📍Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being 📍Start-up Agility: Thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, contributing to the growth and success of the company through innovative People practices
