Job Summary
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Lead end-to-end program delivery — from initial design through rollout and adoption 📍Translate program designs into clear project plans, timelines, and execution roadmaps 📍Partner closely with Compensation, Talent, and HRBPs to align on priorities, flag risks, and keep execution on track 📍Build and manage tools, templates, and workflows that increase the efficiency and consistency of programs 📍Draft clear materials to support leadership decisions, stakeholder alignment, and change management 📍Own change management and communications to ensure programs land successfully across the business 📍Monitor program health, surface insights, and recommend continuous improvements
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
📍5+ years of experience in HR Program Management, HRBP, Chief of Staff or Compensation roles with program ownership 📍Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional people programs 📍Strong planning, project management, and delivery skills — you keep things moving and know how to unblock teams 📍Systems thinker with a knack for simplifying complexity 📍Highly effective communicator with strong written and executive-ready presentation skills 📍Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and highly accountable environment 📍Experience using AI or automation tools to improve workflows
