Job Summary
Responsibilities
šOnboarding & Offboarding: šManage the end-to-end employee and contractor onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires. šTrack probation periods and facilitate reviews. šManage the termination and offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies. Employee Relations: šHandle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and transparent manner. šServe as the first point of contact for HR-related queries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Qualifications
šA minimum of 8 years of experience in the Human Resources field. šBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. šStrong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations. šExperience managing payroll, employment passes, and HRIS systems. šExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask. šStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage employee relations.
